            When you apply for a "Conscious Courses" course we only ask for the minimum information necessary on our application form to maintain a simple academic record.

Selecting and giving you relevant information about our own courses or other educational opportunities
Keeping a student record
Assessing and grading your academic work
Providing information for the completion of certificates and/or  transcripts (if available) when you have completed your course(s)
Using your address information for sending you any educational or other materials that we may send you by post
Providing references to other bodies if requested by you and if available for your particular course
Any other reasonable purpose in connection with the preparation and provision of educational services to you such as noting your interests in order to select particular courses for you to study 
Giving you information about relevant professional qualifications or society memberships
We use your name and email address for the purpose of sending you payment requests via PayPal or any other electronic payment system

            We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons.

          We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the  data protection legislation.       

          We do not use cookies directly on our site, though cookies may be used or installed by external sites to which we provide links. We are not responsible for the behaviour of external sites.

We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it.  In order to maintain the accuracy of the information we hold, you can check, update or remove your personal details by contacting us at   .

If you subscribe to our newsletter, please note that our e-mail newsletter service may be run by a different provider and they will have their own data protection policy and terms and conditions. An "unsubscribe" option will always be provided.
